Where do I start from, we stayed for one night only and I regret paying 60, 000 Naira for it.

The rooms were incredibly tiny, as in, very little leg room (even for a standard room) no dstv, they said it was working but in all the rooms we checked before settling for the one we stayed in, the Dstv wasn't working. No tissue in the bathroom, we had to ask for it.

Then there was no WiFi, when we asked for the password and username, they wrote down only the password, username wasn't there. No intercom in the room, we had to call the direct line of the resorts customer care line severally and they didn't pick up.

The toilet was so tiny that it felt like the walls were closing in on us when one person entered. There was also an open pipe drain in the bathroom, when you open the sink tap, water starts to enter the bathroom through the pipe.

Then there was the bed.. Dear God, that was a disaster! My husband couldn't sleep at all, the bed was hollow! I managed to sleep after tossing almost all night, but my husband was just uncomfortable. Out of all the annoying things about the place, I think the bed was the most disappointing.

The pool had dirty and stale water, and when we asked if it could be cleaned, they said no. With all of these, we were afraid to buy food and water from them because there was no telling what we would get. It felt like people hadn't stayed there in a while.

Anyway, we won't be going back!

This is a serene location with well kept gardens and landscapes. Staff are also friendly. We had planned to spend 3 nights at the Standard room @N60k per night. But we decided against it as the rooms are located at the beach front on a property across the road from their main property. The building was under lock and key. So we felt uncomfortable and unsecured to stay there as the only guest in that building which had unhindered access from the beach.

We then took a deluxe room @ N80k per which is located at main property and well secured. Two issues with the room. One is thst it is outfitted with a very hard mattress that made our sleep uncomfortable it was like sleep on a plank. Tge second issue is that it has a water heater with about 2 liters tank which you are warned to turn off before using the shower. In essence one could not have a good hot shower, as the hot water ran out quickly.

The other negative comment about the place is the joke of complimentary breakfast. We were given 2 slices of yam, not even adequatefor a child of 12 years. Most places would serve a buffet breakfast.

Two negative comments about the service is that the WiFi Internet did not work in our room and the room had only one channel for Satellite TV. You cannot make a choice of other channels to watch!

I will advise that the resort should endeavour to keep their beach fron tidy as they do within the property. The place was littered with rubbish. For us it is the beach that is the main attraction to come there.

It was nice. There were two aspects of the resort. There was a beach front and there was another ancient looking rooms with lovely swimming pool and scary but lovely bar ????. It is a bit pricey but an experience for me.
