Well Structured layout road with street names and property or plot identification number for all both developed and non developed property, streets named after prominent people in the society with life touching experience like Olufunmilayo Ransom Kuti among others. A place for young adults and the elderly thinking mind for healthy living with serenity of nature that allured the environment.

Personally, I'm not a Fan of golf sport. However, I'm impressed with the Lakowe golf resort. The resort has beautiful scenery with a view of vast Greenland's and the lake. The resort has staff and an academy that makes it's fun to get business deals done while enjoying a beautiful game. You know as well as I do Nigerians hate to lose at games. The resort due to it's luxurious looks charges quite alot and you can't have a golf game during weekdays due to heavy traffic. A big ???? to up to the establishment.

This resort is a lousy experience. Nothing is worth the price billed. Poor customer service, no towel racks in ALL the bathrooms including the visitors toilet in the 3-bedroom apartment on Ladoke Akintola Crescent apartment 24 (if you are ever offered this apartment pls reject it!! That’s if you even bother to come here at all cos we engaged few other residents who equally shared their woes) we stayed in. Amenities are non-existent; food is a disaster; accommodation is poorly built u0026 uncomfortable - you need to bring in your own air-conditioner; cutleries; PHCN credit; maintenance staff u0026 few other basic items you need to be comfortable in a house. Oh I can’t but mentioned that I asked for kitchen towel and was given a bath towel placed in a kitchen!!!!!. Literally this is what happened! If you have an issue and ask to report to senior officers/managers those will be rude and arrogant to your plight... was offered touchlight to pack and leave apartment when power went off! “Hospitality” by designed is everything Lakowe Lakes is not!
