Since purchasing my Lekki properties from FloraHomes, Ms Adeniyi has been my primary contact with the firm because I live and work in Helsinki and this is our second experience purchasing a second home from her, because I have had an awesome experience with her the first time. Ms Adeniyi is, by far, one of the most reputable realtors in Lagos because I have tried many times to get a property free from unnecessary headache and troubles such as ómónile and the likes but I haven't been lucky (if you understand how these things work).

She always answers promptly to any queries I have, and follows up to make sure any concerns I have is addressed even before it arises. My wife and I is very happy to have FloraHomes as our property agent. Esv Omotosho on the other hand is also an amazing man. He is very responsive, professional and friendly. Alhaja as I fondly love to call her is an absolute super star, and has in-depth knowledge of different types of properties in Nigeria. I say this because the first property that I purchased I fell into the hands of a dubious property merchant at Abeokuta, it was when I complained to a friend that he recommended Alhaja to me and I haven't had any regrets because FloraHomes has looked after my interest every step of the way.

She verified and made sure the documentation of my Abeokuta, and both Lekki properties is accurate and up-to-date and ensured that every documentation process at the government officials office went through as fast and smoothly as possible, and most of all for the upteenth time she was very professional in her conduct. Even though I knew nothing about what I was doing! She went above and beyond what was expected of her, and without a doubt, as a result of her persistence saved me a bunch of my hard earned money.
