1. It's a very flashy hotel with great aesthetics. Prompt and responsive Staff
Clean and neat

2.But then, my problem comes from the meals.
There is complimentary breakfast depending on your room, it so happens you could come down for breakfast and the Meals have finished. The meals are also limited to some delicaies. You could want to drink green tea and there is no sugar or milk or honey. They say they are sorry, but sorry doesn't bring food. They really need to work on that. If you paid for a room that comes with complimentary breakfast, you should be able to estimate the food that would be very enough for them.
3. The location of the pool.
The pool is just located by the right of the entrance to the hotel. Here is the problem, hotel guest that want to swim have to come out of the building through the parking lot, to get to the pool. There should have been provision through the building for in house guests.

For a hotel in the upscale part of the town, their services are poor. From the front desk to the bar and even restaurant, so much mediocrity. Imagine serving drinks to three guests and coming with just a glass cup. Asbif that wasn't bad enough, the waiter took a glass from one of the nearby tables to argument. Was really disappointed. And my guest complained ofbthe loud noise of the window unit AC in his room. Who uses window units AC for hotels these days. Beyond all the gold-plated glittering, is poor service. Should really do more.

Don't bother staying here. I repeat, do not bother staying in this hotel. I arrived at 1pm with my family, filthy room to start with. Dead cockroach inside the room. Called the reception to alert them of the significant mould, cockroach and dust in the room with lack of towels...only 1 towel provided for 4 people. We asked for sugar for tea by 2pm, none provided till we checked out. The room was still not cleaned...we were totally ignored. They charged us for "buffet breakfast", we came downstairs to meet no buffet. We ordered our breakfast and after an hour, it was still not ready. The duty manager kept saying, breakfast will be ready in 5 minutes....it never came. Our airport taxi waited with us and in the end, we had to leave without eating. All this experience for N75,000 a night. Do not stay here, there can't be any hotel worse than this.

Good experience.. It's worth the price. Breakfast wasn't bad as well. Very pleasant staff from the security guards to the reception and the House keepers.
The room was clean daily.
The WiFi was not functioning well but available.
