Good hotel in the heart of town. Staff are courteous and responsive. It has few parking spaces, guests often have to use street parking. It's biggest minus however is that it is not at all wheelchair friendly..

There service is poor, restaurant won't pick calls, bar won't pick calls, even reception won't pick. Also the room I slept the air condition was working. I also think they need renovation on the bathroom.

A wonderful beautiful hotel with clean bars, spacious reception and clean public toilet.

A solid structure. A tiny car park. A Bush bar. This hotel is a solid structure, but it appears to be poorly maintained. For one the electric kettles in the two rooms paid for were mere decorations:not working. The television channels clarity was poor. The room airconditioners appeared to be on their last feet. The dustbin cans in the rooms were small and broken down.
Surprisingly, the taps in the bathroom had running hot water.
This needs work and probably a new management. I certainly wouldn't be staying here again.

The location is spot on, MOST of the staff members are very helpful..and their services and Hotel prices are good. Dilic Hotel for me would and should have had a 5 star but for the light skinned wannabe like a pop singer of a Manager, very rude and without an ounce of customer relations..avoid the place if he is there.
