A cute, stylish hotel in Wuse 2. The reception ushers you in with its great ambience and interior decor. The corridors are lit with LED lights running down the skirting which looks really good towards the night time.

There is an in-house restaurant here that’s also available to non-lodged in guest.

The swimming pool is not so big, it’s okay just to relax, but not full swimming. They also have some gym equipment by the pool side should you want to carry out a little workout.

The parking space is quite little and the front desk wasn’t so knowledgeable on some basic facilities and their prices. Seemed new on the job and probably hasn’t completed orientation before being posted to the position. It’ll be great for the management to work on this, so that customers can feel more comfortable and confident of the information they are being given.

Overall, quite a decent place to lodge.

Horrible place to stay. Untrained and uncouth front desk personell.

Poor amenities everywhere, peeling walls, leaking POP ceilings, mosquito infested rooms and those in neighbouring rooms were noisy. Hotel management made no efforts to intervene despite repeated complaints over the night. They also turned down requests to move me from the noisy area.

No towels in room at check in, and no towel was brought in till the next morning meaning that i couldn't take a shower at night.

Overall, this is one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in Abuja. Dont be deceived by the nice pictures on social media. It is a hoax!
No room service menu. An unkempt kitchen staff brought up a handwritten menu on a torn piece of paper that i couldn't make anything out of. Because of how the kitchen staff looked, I didn't feel their food would be hygienically prepared so i went across the road to the Lagos Bistro for my meals.

They made me pay twice - 80k in all and have REFUSED to make a refund till date, one month after i checked out with assurances that i would receive a refund same day. I have called on 8 occasions this month alone and i keep speaking to rude employees that have no intention of paying me.

The sheets were dirty until I had to insist for it to be changed. No POS for payment available making me have to go look for an atm to take cash. Heard so much noise in the middle of the night like repairs was going on in another room. Couldn’t sleep since then. The complimentary breakfast???? The worst I have ever seen. Even cheaper hotels do better. The breakfast was just 2 slices of bread and a cup of tea. That’s all. No egg or at the least butter to eat the bread with it. Definitely not returning here.

Neat and Decent, with prompt response from Reception.
I think Room Service bills/charges should be linked to the Room Bill upon request of the Guest.

For me, the hotel with the best air-conditioning system but they need to pay serious attention to so many other seemingly insignificant issues: non availability of floor towels, observed drastic reduction in choice of menu on complimentary breakfast, delays in fixing damaged room items until guest points these out, etc. Quite comfortable ambience if issues above receive due prompt attention.

My house is under renovation decided to explore some hotels close by and this happens to be one of them. The ambience is Cozy but the pool is dry I love water we all know that. The hotel is okay to be honest nothing too much just moderately nice. The food was good too, I had chips and chicken with pepper sauce.

A day stay was just good, look out for more reviews because I’m just starting.

You're probably going to have a good night's rest because the bed is soft, rooms are quiet and the ambience is cool. However the price just isn't worth it.

They haven't kept the standard and the hotel is just three years old. Sad. Friendly receptionist and nice ambience overall in the hotel but too many things one can't overlook. Threadbare pillowcases, dirty overused towel, a fridge that won't work beyond keeping drinks room temperature, no bulb in one lamp, no printed menu copies in the room! It seems most things were shipped from an older Best Western Port Harcourt Hotel...

Come on! I thought Best Western was a good name. I sadly won't return here. Simply not worth the price...

As for breakfast it had limited choices and they'll make you pay for the second occupnt of the room.

Worst of all I had a lizard in my bathroom. How it got there I have no idea, but I almost died of fright. I had to call a staff to help get it out. And he laughed at me as he did, as if to say, you're scared of a little lizard?

Not a great stay at all...
