I really really loved and enjoyed my stay here. My room was so cozy and neat. It’s definitely one of the best hotels for me on the island so far.

The way I have been campaigning for this hotel, one will think I am affiliated to them, Everything about the hotel is on point, food, pool, lounge, restaurant, rooms, interior WiFi, Ac, staffs, security, the list goes on.. It’s a 5 star for me.

I'm just being so gracious with my rating. The service definitely needs improvements. Where their menu in the rooms needs to be communicated properly, we were going to order a meal we called kitchen, a staff said look for the scanner to scan menu, I was what do you mean by scanner, we were confused as to what the staff meant and this was almost 10pm. Did forget? When you order a meal it takes 2 hours or more for a meal to be ready, even the simplest as indomie noodles, and an excuse of gas finishing after waiting for over 30 minutes, we had to wait again for another 2 hours. Then their wifi? My goodness it was really not impressive, we had to use our own data most times, even the little time we used the hotel wifi we had to keep going to reception to get connected and most times the staffs at the reception had no clue how to connect the wifi, absolutely frustrating...then housekeeping? They don't clean properly, and don't replace toiletries. With the cost per room per night? Y'all definitely need to do better!

I really loved everything about this hotel, from the reception to the rooms, swimming pool and really good food!

Food,Ambience, Service …. Everything was almost perfect.
Staff was more concerned about getting money for this I ordered though, it was as if money was prioritized over my satisfaction but I’ll still give them a 5star cuz I enjoyed my stay.
WiFi in 109 though, I had to sit by the door to get good coverage
