I bought my wedding set in sterling silver from them and I’ve enjoyed rocking it. Because of how beautiful their rings are, I had to buy another engagement ring with a bigger stone to pair with my wedding band so altogether, I have two engagement rings from BOZ which I pair with my wedding band alternatively. Also their customer service is superb. I ordered my second engagement ring via WhatsApp and very early the next day, my ring was delivered to my house just as I was told. Would I patronize BOZ again, definitely because no one does it better. ????

So i heard about this business on Instagram and decided to try them since my rings at the time were tight. I ordered a set of sterling silver rings via their ig page which was pretty much affordable compared to similar shops and it was delivered to me on time. It's been 15 months now and my rings still shine as new, to be honest i haven't even polished or had them professionally cleaned. Let me add that the customer service i got from their rep Naomi was excellent, i had my doubts and she was patient. i have recommended family and friends and will continue to do so, if you want value for your money i recommend them. Hubby and i will be coming for our pure gold rings soon, keep up the good work.

Bought earrings, very lovely but the customer service is terrible especially in the Jakande store. After a poor response via phone and WhatsApp where they eventually suggested a dispatch rider drops off diamond earrings with no authentication therefore I decided to go into the store.

No acknowledgement on arrival, poor to slow response and little enthusiasm to the point I had to ask why everyone was squeezing their face especially after someone just spent thousands of dollars on earrings.

Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible customer service at the jakande lekki branch. Had the worst experience! Staff are extremely hostile and unfriendly. They also take up to 4 days to respond to inquiries about jewellery via WhatsApp. Would not recommend!
