Good services and the location is cool and secure but not advisable to come in at night as most gates that link to that street are locked from 8pm or so.
Their breakfast is complementary and very nice.
I tasted only their ogbonor soup, I wasn't impressed. But other foods are okay.

Room is sizable has ac working tv but the building is old. Has good running hot water. The staff is helpful and cheerful. Location is great too and the road is very good for Lagos. Facility is clean but needs extermination.

Wall gecko crawling in the room that the room attendants could not kill. Unable to sleep, just managed to stay till morning. Thank God I am still alive.

Their complementary breakfast was good. The reservation was prepped easy and the staff at the reception was courteous.

The room was pretty small and the setting of the AC was totally off as it poured directly on the bed.

The hotel is affordable and okay for a transit stop over.

I loved this hotel. I stayed at a couple different ones and this was by far the best. Constant electricity, AC, suites with sitting area. Very fair pricing. Would definitely stay here again.

Good:
Check in was relatively smooth. The room was spacious and clean enough. It had a seating area.
Easy to locate.
Bathroom was clean.

Bad:
The AC was not cool so I requested for a change of room, which was attended to promptly, though the other room didn't have a fridge in it and the chairs were threadbare.
Limited parking, just four cars in the premises then off-site parking.
Bathroom had no shower curtain so water was all over the floor.
Only one tiny towel was provided.
