Very bad minded hotel
Even the owner is so proud of himself
Gave me a room and after 2 hours I wanted to change the room. Told him I don't mind paying extra doe the two hours. This man said no and still not gibe me back my money

Unimpressive and insensitive receptionist/personnel with zero customer support skills. I had an unpleasant stay at that hotel.

On the day of my mum's burial i brought back the food i could not eat earlier because i was weeping. I requested that they warm it for me cos the food was stale but they declined. I understand hotel policy on bringing in food and i respect that. I explained about my mums passing and asked for an exception given the circumstance. I explained to them that it was important for me not to allow the food get spoilt.

I pleaded and cajoled and even offered to pay. They flatly refused. I told them that policy is made but exceptions can be made sometimes especially given a grieving customer. Anyways, The food spoiled.

They didn't deserve my money.

It's Ok, not so fantastic but, they have some nice rooms. Power is constant and a quiet environment.

Currently staying there with my family. I must say, it a quaint little place in a reasonably quite area but its frequent issues with the turning off and on of the Generator due to jerky off and on Power supply (Ikeja Electric Power Authority) is kind of disconcerting. Secondly, its not really a family setting kind of hotel but its name "Serendipity..." certainly fits and is quite cool for other jaunts.

It was ok, they should have a foot mat at the bathroom entrance and 2 towels and mini lotion as well.

Not the biggest neither the smallest. Has a cozy feel and secure too. There's inside parking available for guests.
