Really nice hotel to stay at.

I stayed there for over 3 days and I loved my room.

They have affordable rooms and really nice room setting but most of the stuff in the room is old. Works perfectly tho.

Water was running smoothly except for my first night there where there was a glitch and they sorted it within few minutes.

The reception staff are polite but sometimes forgetful of little details. They can also be a little annoying, they called me twice before 8am to ask if I was still staying or going. I found that unnecessary cos the other days I stayed over , payment was always sorted before 10am and checkout time is 12pm.

The restaurant staff are the opposite of polite. I went downstairs in the morning of the day I was supposed to leave the hotel for their free breakfast and i was rudely attended to , it was like they were angry at something and transferring aggression. Had my tea without sugar cos they said there was no sugar again.

Security staff are courteous and respectful.

There are two sides to a coin. The receptionists are so friendly and courteous while the restaurant staff are the opposite. There is complimentary breakfast of bread only. You need to pay for omelette and also wait for a minimum of 30 minutes to get hot water for tea. Better to know this beforehand so that you won't leave the restaurant due to frustration. Apart from this issue with the restaurant, it's not a bad place. The room rates are very pocket friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms are functional. The fridge, the AC, the TV and water supply all work well. However, with regards to aesthetics, the furniture is old and may need to be upgraded. It's just a matter of aesthetics with no effect on the functionality.
There was also an issue with the POS machine during payment leading to debit of account notwithstanding a declined transaction. Getting the money back from the bank has been very stressful so far. I guess it's best to pay through transfer or by cash to avoid needless stress.

Located in a very quiet area of Lagos in Ikeja. If you want a place away from bustle this is a good place

Serene environment, top service,the reception was warm and welcoming, the room was as expected(comfy), The kitchen just needs to provide an up to date priced menu in the rooms, the meals were ????delicious
Overall a pleasant stay.
Id recommend them on any budget.

I wish I could give zero stars.Very bad customer service. Manager is very rude and unreasonable. Rooms are not worth the price. It's a no for me. They are better hotels around. To the hotel management tell your manager that your customers are not the cause of her frustration.

The restaurant is superb.
I enjoyed all food from them.
