The mattress is an apology, maintenance culture is what we lack in our hospitality business in Nigeria, see the foam, the bed wood is broken, no hot water, no complimentary breakfast. It's at the heart of the town Lagos, but your facility can be better. I read the reviews before I came but now I know those reviews where written mostly by staffs

Functional place in the heart of Ikeja for a reasonable cost. Quietly located but all services on the street still available.

I would easily use the place again

Purple Crown ???? hotel is a beautiful hotel with good customer service I give them A1 for that just that their rooms are too small for the cost pa night if not it's a lovely and a safe place to be

The room is clean and comfortable. They have room service with good food, and there is 24 hour security which makes me feel safe. It us a good basic hotel.
And the staff are very helpful and friendly . When I was departing after a 4 week stay, several staff members came to bed me farewell, with more coming to say goodbye all the way to the taxi. It touched my heart when so many said they will miss me.

Very useless hotel I forgot something in the fridge I called them they said they threw it away. After checking out for 3 hours. It’s not something that can easily get spoilt. Useless house keeper useless hotel
