It is a friendly Hotel and the staff are efficient in their duties. Toilets and bathrooms need improvement which I complained about.

They have 3 big generators which ensures constant electricity supply. The air conditioning works well.

Lodged there with my family, located in a serene environment, spacious rooms, enough to accommodate such a big family like mine. My brother was so intimidated by the receptionist throughout our stay there, always hid behind my back when passing through the reception. Also, apart from the fact that i almost drowned and died in their pool, it was a nice place, and we had a great time. Lest I forget, their manager is such a nice human.

Nice place, but the room intercom phone don't have directory. Reception gave a number to call but no one to pick on the intercom. Maybe you should print the incom numbers u0026 laminate it in every room by the phone.
Aside that they have a very good place but the it's pricey compare to other with same grade of room u0026 space in the room even around the area

The rooms are quite small and the beds are like the size of hospital beds. It was a very annoying experience for me, which i can't even wish for my enemy. I wanted a refund to be honest but they refused, I had to manage that night and left angrily the next day????

The Ac was bad leaking water but called to make complain and was not attended to till I left the hotel

NICE AND BEAUTIFUL. ALSO VERY CLEAN HOTEL. I ALL LOVED TO PATRONISE SOLAB AGAIN AND AGAIN. THE STAFF'S WE'RE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE. PLEASE KEEP IT UP.
