The hotel was a really good one. My favorite part is the free buffet breakfast for 2, you pay for any additional person . The royal room came with a Smart Tv. The rooms were really clean and looked pretty classy. The service was very slow tho. I recommend this hotel.

The kitchen service delays alot. I couldn't even get my breakfast. Even when I was charged 1k to bring it up to the room today. Until 12pm , I didn't see breakfast today. So poor. Yesterday, it took 4 hrs to serve lunch and more than an hour to serve chicken and chips for dinner.

If there's a hotel better than this in Ikeja then it's probably because the other hotel share diamonds to all their guests lol

Seriously though, my stay at Watercress was nothing short of excellent.
The service staff were totally professional and so helpful.

I logded at the hotel twice, one on my to Port Harcourt from Lagos and a week later on my way to Accra from Lagos.

The first time I lodged there, I left my shoes and bathing soap, and when I got back a week later, they had waiting for me to pick up.

I got a complimentary ride from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport to join my flight.

My flight from Port Harcourt to Lagos was delayed by 2hours and the driver was at the airport for 2 hours waiting to pick me up!
I was so surprised ????

Not forgetting the breakfast buffet. Lovely!
Their chef is really good! And you can interact with him during breakfast and ask him about the food lol

Whatever you ask the staff to do, they get it done quickly.

I'm telling you, I've been to so many hotels in Ghana even 5 star hotels, and I've never seen service as good as Watercress Hotel.

They made my stay there so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave ????

I took the liberty to ask some of the staff about the hotel management, and I was told that the staff are well taken care of by management. Which would explain why they are so professional in everything they do.

I'll definitely be returning to Watercress.
