The hotel itself is located in a nice spot and they do offer Wi-Fi. The staff seems to be nice enough however the rooms are quite stuffy and they are infested with bugs. That is very unappealing to have to worry about bugs infesting your luggage and possibly coming home with you or any meals that you have in the room. They need to do fumigation to rid themselves of this problem. Overall though I enjoyed my time but that was one of the major things that bothered me.

The location is not bad at all. Though can be a little crowded at night. Not one I will suggest for someone looking for a serene location with a quiet ambiance but for extrovert it would be an enjoyable scene.

Room not big enough, apart from that everything else is fine customer service fine also

The impression of this hotel which I got online is not what I saw! My room was poorly lit and very cramped. No effort was made at replacing the burnt light bulbs in the room, despite several complaints. The fridge in the room can be better described as a scrap. The same applies to the shower mixer. The hotel however made spirited efforts to provide 24hours electricity but gave up by 5am, leaving the guests in darkness until public electricity was restored 6 hours later.

Good day, On the 31th of march 20222 I and my sister came to De Toprano Hotel Ikeja Balogun Bus stop Opposite Airport Hotel Ikeja. I was there waiting for a friend who was less then 5 mins away due to traffic. A lady waitress came to ask what I wanted to drink, I told her to wait a bit that my friend whom I was expecting is close by, but just stuck in traffic. The waitress came back 2 mins later and was still asking what I wanted to drink and am like, " but I just told u to wait a bit that my friend who invited me here is close by and I would like to wait for my friend before ordering". The next thing I knew, she started acting and talking rude. At this point I had lost it, so we both engaged in an argument. My reason for writing this report is that, the waitress in question was very rude and abusive and no one in the hotel seem to have control of her, it was almost as if I was arguing with the owner of the place. My friend whom I was waiting for at this point came in and met us exchanging words, she even said she was going to beat me up. This is little girl old enough to be my daughter. I am so disappointed been that I was there for the first time. There's no way I will be recommending your establishment to anyone neither would I be giving your hotel any good credit. She should for no reason be working there or attending to customers. She's is simply plain rude. Will be forwarding this mail on every social media. Good day.

There rooms are so small no space poor responce from staff I don't like the hotel
