It is, without prejudice, the dirtiest hotel I've slept in Ikeja, the worst value for money, the smallest room and bathroom, dirtiest bathroom.
The rooms are NOT ventilated and there's moisture in the walls, you couldn't breath!
It seemed a 3-bedroom flat was converted POORLY to a 15-room motel. The facade outside speaks of a beautiful hotel. In fact, starting from the reception, which probably used to be a small wardrobe, despair sets in.
I found living insects under the bedsheet and requested for my refund, which I couldn't get and had to insist on a change of everything and a chemical treatment of the room before I could finally rest almost 11, since about 8pm.
Then you couldn't rest because of HUGE RATS IN THE CEILING ALL NIGHT!!!
The bathroom, you couldn't touch anything because of dirt and its so small you couldn't turn around and the door couldn't open.
In short, I have NEVER slept in a worse hotel!!!
