Nice setting. The receptionist and staff were courteous in helping us around.
Apart from Internet that wasn't available every other thing was intact.

I had booked a room before arriving Lagos. The room size was fine for me. I had spent a week there. Sadly there were tiny cockroaches, the water heater was faulty, a tap was leaking and messing the bathroom up. After several complains, they said they had called the attention of a plumber who didn't come throughout our stay there. The housekeepers were nice. The light complexion receptionist was rude and nonchalant. On certain days, she addressed us like a street girl and told us to report to the manager. Too poor for hospitality.

I had read some not so good reviews prior to my visit but glad that it turned out good. The price is fair, rooms are okay. Fridge in my room wasn't working but the fridge in the 2nd room paid for was working. The heater wasn't installed so I had to request for hot water when I needed it. Staff attitude was great. I forgot my phone after check out and I received a call on my 2nd line. The bathroom was clean which was important to me

Well, what will you expect from a budget hotel? The price corresponds with the services you get. The room i stayed had an orthopaedic bed which was particularly impressive. The overall experience may also depend on the room you lodge. I stayed in the king suite and the toilet heater kept dropping water, so there was hardly a time you'd meet the toilet dry, the fridge in the room was just for decoration as it was not working. Good hotel considering the price!

Quite easy to access. Courteous staffs and I had everything working in my room.
I'll like them to really effect the "No smoking r?prohibition".
I'll recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'll give it an average score; lodged here yesterday (20/06/18), when I came met the receptionist "Mercy", I opted for the 8k5, she put me into their worse room, the room had no wardrobe, no shower, the intercom wasn't working, and the refrigerator wasn't working too; (she said they were reserving their other rooms for guest that had booked for the next day) when I saw the terrifying condition of the room I had to protest, so she moved me to a better room, that had full compliments of a room, albeit that was for 9k5. I had to stay there. All in all, it's a good place, their rooms are at pocket friendly rates and fair price. It's a place you ll like.
But the management should Pls ensure staff don't give such bad rooms to customers, it doesn't paint the hotel in good light. Fix ur rooms before they are rented.
