I just feel there should be a follow up especially for first time Mum who put to bed at your hospital with CS so as to guide them after delivery cos after spend such huge amount of money during delivery and there is no follow up I felt bad and lost. No appointment was given to me to know how I was doing after surgery. I had to always come on my own. I feel there should be a follow up appointment on that area. Thanks

As a first time patient at MCH, I booked an appointment to see a gynecologist. Only for the doc to book me for a surgery without running any test. (Mind you, I wasn't pregnant nor sick, just went for a check up as I am newly married). He just touched my abdomen and concluded on an emergency surgery. I mean who does that? For the sakes of all the innocent women and babies out there, I sincerely hope that this is not a usual occurrence.

Customer service is top notch for me.The nurses are also friendly and general service has been great so far especially at Omole branch but the waiting time to see a GP is usually long. The hospital should please have more than one GP on seat to attend to patients.

The male doctor on duty on the 13th of June, left I and my kids unattended to , without apologizing. He left and walked passed me without stopping mumbling words and said someone else will attend to us.
Who does that? Working in a children's hospital with pride . He should be advised on how to treat patients.BAD Customer service. Ojodu branch

Very nice hospital. I was admitted there last year, the doctors and nurses were amazing, they took care of me very well. I will recommend this hospital again and again.

Courteous and efficient staff right from the gateman to all cadre and ever ready to attend to all your requests/needs. A very top notch, clean and friendly outfit. ????
