Serene, and cozy. A bit overpriced, but a bit far from the road, especially if your are with loads. However, it is a good location if you have business around Ikeja, and the airport in particular. Taxi or Uber from here to the airport is about N3,500 as at May 2022 and about 30minutes drive due to traffic.
The rooms are small, and they have friendly staff especially the Kitchen staff. It has that guest house feel, which is what it is.

The environment was serene. Oh I loved it. Electricity constant. Air conditioning working well. Water and others good. Fee is also affordable( I know affordability is relative). Easy to get through google map. Nearness to other good places in Ikeja. If you want to hide yourself and rest from the hustle in Lagos without spending too much, this is your plug. Food is on the high side though.

I love this place so much.. the roof top bar is so chilled, the fresh air is so relaxing.. if you ever wanna grab a drink the barista is always at your service, the room service are so great, they have got a very welcoming staff. the environment is so quite and serene. IT's Home away from Home

Apparently, all rooms are over priced because the services were not up to standard when I cam here. I had difficulty charging my phone all through my stay because the sockets in the room didn't work with the gen or something. The AC couldn't be used all through my stay, except late at night. There was poor room service as daily cleaning wasn't done until I requested for the room I lodged in to be swept and the thrash to be taken out.
Nevertheless, the power was steady, for fan and TV usage only... No charging of phones and air conditioning could be used with this power. Also, the rooftop bar is aesthetic and the view is lovely. Overall, I'll give it a 6/10.

Excellent customer service. Rooms are topnotch with serene environment. The rooftop bar is exquisite. The only issue is parking space
