So, my parents lodged at this hotel and had to attend a conference during the day. Upon getting back to their room, my dad found their neatly arranged box had been ransacked and their soap stolen.. Yes, I said it SOAP!!! BATHING SOAP ????????.. now that's not even the crazy part, the crazy part is, when the case was reported to the management, (I mean cos who knows what else could have been taken) the management didn't even apologize or try to get to the root of it, if anything, they were on the defensive side. Saying my mom must be making a mistake or maybe they flushed the soap down the toilet.. DOWN THE TOILET! wow.. Their lack of security, and manners is beyond me. A good business owner knows, the customer is always right. And let's say they were even mistaken, the management handled it so poorly.
I would advise anyone planning on lodging in the hotel, to please take their keys with them while going out, since obviously a bar of soap is a luxury for some of the workers and since the security of guests belongings are not insured.

BTW, if you happen to go out, just auto tune your mind to the idea that you're coming back to a cigarette smelling room.
