The room was very comfortable I was impressed by all of the staff and management I will certainly be staying there again

Would have given no star if possible. Exceptionally poor customer service, staffs behave like you're getting free services with absolutely no respect for customers. Rooms are old and untidy. Electricity cables are left exposed in some of the rooms. Very dirty toilets and the rooms are generally dusty. Definitely won't patronise again.

Worst hotel ever, service is very poor, rooms unclean and unkept and very dirty, bathrooms irritating
