Average hospital with normal services, certainly not a specialist hospital. Offering normal range of services like other average private hospitals. Staff quite disorganized and process flow is really scattered and confusing.

Bright Hope Hospital is a good hospital. Their doctors are thorough and professional. Their facility is neat and has a wellness centre where people can engage in exercises with an instructor. They also have a tennis court. They operate 24hours.

You can receive Medicare as a private patient or as a HMO patient.

Going by how poorly some hospital services can be, I will say Bright Hope Hospital is doing above average.

The place is really great. It's clean, young, lively and friendly staff. They've got equipment for several kinds of tests so you're sure of your diagnosis. Hospital rooms are also top notch with TVs and air-conditioning. Highly recommend.
