They took our orders well, but when I asked that they attend to us wearing their face masks. They replied in unison, ‘we don’t wear masks again.’

I wonder why this is so, seeing that they are food workers, and one of their safety call must be to protect their customers from any airborne infections by wearing a face mask when they want to serve their customers.

It may not be the employees’ fault, which is why I think food managers need to educate/ re-educate themselves and their staff on why they must protect themselves and their customers in this age where airborne infections keep multiplying as they go.

This place is the absolute worst. Rude staff make it impossible to keep coming here. If they’re not getting the order wrong they’re letting people skip you, or mumbling amongst themselves about you. Nigerian cold stone locations in general give the franchise a bad name but this particular location is the worst.

I love the fact that it has an outdoor area where you can sit in addition to the internal spot. It usually get filled up if you go on a weekend, public holidays or peak periods. If you are confused on which flavor to pick, just go for the founders favorite, with some toppings like caramel
