Nice place to stay in, Amazing parking space; however the room had mosquitoes. We were fairly treated. It also important that the management cease repressing the rights of its employees to practice their religion.

I had been sleeping at the hotel for the past 6 years but my last visit to the place was horrible; the hotel is not up to standard, I book a junior suite but it's very very poor with mosquitoes throughout the night ,toilet seat is broken, television is noisy and scratchy ..very very poor ..please this hotel need a new management ..even the bedsheets is smelling bad ...I will never step there again....and there is this fair lady at the reception that very rude...maybe out of frustration or complain from the lodgers ....Top management of reliance need to visit the place

Reliance will need to work on their services and room, it was a poor place to have comfort, I hope the improve fast.

Clean room ,but mattress depressed in room 115 , heater for bath not functioning. Every other thing was fab

The staffs have a very nonchalant attitude towards their guest. Services are very poor, when you request for anything through intercom, the staffs would never attend to you, except you go to the reception to complain. They don't put toiletries daily, the fridge in the room I lodge wasn't working, complained but no response, the mosquitoes, hmmm is a topic for another day.
Again the only good thing about the hotel is the central location. Serving of breakfast or any food you order takes forever to come, at times you see some guest quarreling before they can be served their complimentary breakfast...please management should look into these complaints because the place is really lacking good customers service.

Men at the sentry post are professional and top on their job, alert; a very good and rare attribute. The rooms are overpriced and does not tally with value they are offering. The hall was cute but the convenience was in a terribly bad shape. No cleaner stationed to maintain cleaningness during the event,taps not working properly, leaking pipes, broken down doors; generally terrible. I will not recommend.
