The place is very fine, safe and serene which is very key but the room wasn't cleaned from previous guest usages and that's crazy if you imagine the picture of the bathroom.

Terrible services, booked a room 3 days before, on the said date the room was not available. Manager refused to refund. Messy experience. Was kept waiting for over an hour.

Look for somewhere else to stay

This place was absolutely disgusting and attitude of the staff matched as well. Please go spend your money somewhere like Nike Lake when coming to enugu. This is a poor excuse for a boutique hotel, none of the apppliances are functioning (AC) and there was a dead animal in their swimming pool. The owner who I believe is Jennie did not bat an eye when informed of this. She collected our naira and lined her pockets. Customer service and satisfaction is not at the forefront of their business model. I wish them the best.

Rivonia has a serene environment. They are currently renovating and their services are a bit improved.
