It's pretty nice there, they should look into renovating a lot of stuffs, their pool, Room ACs, and a host of others.

It was a wonderful experience being in Top rank hotel. There services are great.

Toprank Hotel Enugu is not comparable to Toprank Hotels in other cities.
Poor room facilities. Dirty room environment, nonfunctional toilet. Lights not working in the room. For the two nights I spent, nothing was done by the staffs in putting it in order

Poor......really below my expectations
Very poor maintenance.....
Most things in the rooms are either not working well or not working at all
Conveniences also poorly maintained

Easy and courteous service. Room wasn't impressive but the location is wonderful.

Top rank hotel is not advisable for someone to go there because they allow low class people to host party's in there hostel it not supposed to be top rank it supposed to be called low rank hotel
