Great Place to stay! Very quiet and clean with friendly staff. However, the prices quoted online are about N5, 000 cheaper than the actual prices.

I was given a N2, 000 discount eventually, it was only justified by their complimentary breakfast.

The rooms are durable but not posh though. However, it comes with everything one may need: AC Works,The light is steady, there is warm water too. However, their food is quite expensive with noodles and egg priced at N2, 500.

In summary, I would advise that they reduce their average room rates by N3, 000 and there would be no need for discounts. All in all, a commendable place!

Pros:

I want to give it more stars because one of the waitresses was very kind and attentive. I wish I remembered her name. The maitre d was also very kind and punctual. I liked the fact that the food was served at any time, but the portion size was very small. Plenty of options though. They offered free breakfast for one of the guests staying (it would have been nice had they provided it for all guests in the room, but it's okay).

The outdoor seating was quite comfortable. I believe I enjoyed being outdoors of the hotel most. And again, the waitress was amazing and polite.

Light, light, light, light! Power was definitely a plus. The power only went out once, but was back on in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes. That's a HUGE plus for Naija! ????

I felt quite secure in its little compound.

Cons:

The biggest set backs were the smell of the fumigation that filled the halls and room. I felt very sick and overwhelmed by the smell. I am asthmatic, so that was not a pleasant experience for me. Even at one point we were called to tell we would have to move rooms because they needed to fumigate. When I got to my final destination, all of the clothing in my suitcase smelled of whatever pesticide or insecticides were used during the fumigation.

There was standing water in the shower when showering and it didn't feel pleasant on my feet, even though I was wearing shower shoes. There was mildew and build up on the floor, so having that water on my feet wasn't very good. There was so much buildup on the shower head, so I spent a bit of time clearing it out so that the water could do more than drip.

There were some moments when the toilet did not flush.

The pool was very cold, but I imagine on a hot, hot day, that would be pleasant. The pool was small with a slippery bottom. Considering the size of the lot, even though small, pool was a pleasant surprise. After some time of being in the pool, it did become tolerable.

Despite the low rating, I would "possibly" stay here again. The price was reasonable and you definitely couldn't get a hotel with this kind of service in America for 17k a night.

The experience at Residency Hotels, Enugu was amazing. I'd definitely go back if I happen to be staying over at Enugu again. From the room to the hotel services, all top notch, plus I get to enjoy a view of the Presidential Road from my room.

The location is good, easily accessible and Google map is apt. The front desk personnel were a delight; polite and helpful. I didn't see a lift and was taken via the stairs the 3rd floor (wheelchair uses may have issues if there is indeed no lift). There's free breakfast although limited to 3 dishes although you can order something else from their menu and pay out of pocket. The double duleux room is spacious the only complain I had was the leaking shower faucet and there was no door to the shower cubicle. Bed was comfy, sheets were very clean, had a restful night. Aha! There is supposed to be free WiFi but I wasn't told or given a password so for that I give them 4 stars ????.

I liked that it's clean but I was served breakfast and was asked to give them the tray and plate cover! By the the time I finished brushing, my food was as cold as ice!. No kettle, it doesn't feel like I am in a hotel at all!!! I love to stay here but I can't stay in a place that feel like a prison.
You can only watch epic or igbo channels! This is a stingy hotel.

A really good hotel. It has a limited car park. It has good customer service.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean spaces. Quiet neighbourhood, though within a somewhat busy area (near agric junction). Lovely experience. Good and timely delivery of service. A bit pricey food but worth the amount when compared to some other hotels. Worthy complimentary breakfast (forgive me, I like food), and at least a bottle of water for your room each day.

Worth staying in if you can pay at least 15k.

Reserving the one star cuz it wasn't perfect, and because a few tiny areas can be improved on.
