Bought salad from kilimanjaro in enugu, the one by Otigbs roundabout today at 11.42am, very abysmal customer service.
Got home and had the salad, and as I had like four spoons of it, I started having stomach upset, then started purging.
Called them to complain, and the staff on d phone, said I shd come back to the outlet and I had be given another one to eat in the shop there whilst I am still purging from the one I attempted eating this morning, let's watch what we eat.
Customer service is non existent and total wack...

Ordered spaghetti for lunch from there today and I was throughly disappointed, dry, no taste and seriously not even appetizing to look at. The only good thing in my plate was the omelette. Not really what I expected as I've had other meals there before now.

Don’t ever order delivery from them, not only will they waste your time, but after hours of waiting they’ll still bring you the wrong order.
This is the second day in a row that their doing this to my order.

The food is sha nice, and they have good customer service. But they’ve reduced their the amount they serve.

Just go there and buy your food directly or order from a delivery service, to avoid disappointment, there’s nothing worse than waiting for food when you’re hungry and the wrong order arrives. You will be eating in anger.

good customer service and meals there are pretty amazing
