Hansa has a very great environment and qualified personnel. Their prices are mid range and compared to the services they offer, isn't so bad. However, they lack time based service offerings. Patients are made to return several days later for test results. And given how far from city center their location is, it's quite nightmarish that they don't have an ATM installed and also don't make use of POS. So patients who don't cash on them, end up having to leave the premises and go very far, cause no bank is close to them, just to withdraw money.

Clean u0026 spacious waiting area. Responsive u0026 cheerful staff. You can get all sorts of scans done here from a simple X-ray to the more complex MRI; you're just going to have to wait…

This hospital is so insensitive!! You would make you wait for hours and they don’t care at all. Very bad hospital won’t advise anyone to come here. Ordinary pelvic scan someone will wait 4?hours and they still don’t care.

Hansa Clinic Enugu is the WORST HOSPITAL I have ever been to!!! Been here since 8:00 am just for routine scan, it’s 4:30pm and I’m still here????????????

Why do I have to wait for everything here? I waited for the staff to arrive this morning. Waited to be attended to and now I'm waiting endlessly for my scan result. It's my first time here and I must say I'm highly disappointed. Please management do something about this
