Very neat environment. I give a five star to the management but please, I will like more attention to be focused on the service personels.
Management should look into the hygiene of the Sales girls at the Wetheral Outlet. Consumption of good meal starts with beholding every attributes of your immediate environment.

Didn't get service. 2-3 people came after me and were served before me (even after I brought it to their attention) took all the food and left me waiting with nothing to choose. Food might be good but I wouldn't have any idea...

Oh last thing, my cousin's wallet was stolen off a table and they said that cameras "only cover the pay point" so good luck with security

RATS EVERYWHERE. I'm eating and rats are running around the place. So disgusting and unhygienic. Felt sick. I don't even want to think of how their kitchen will be like.

Complained to the sales ladies and they were laughing. ????????
