Do not really know much about their services. But their sitting is good. Situated at the heart of Owerri Urban centre. Its proximity to Fire Service office and Owerri Urban Police station puts it on the wheel of a security haven.

The hotel is strategically located at Weatheral Road by Fire Service. Sleep at night ???? in the hotel is not pleasant due to heavy traffic noise including the generators. Staff attendance is not top notch. No enough vehicle parking space.

Worst Hotel Ever!!!!
If you see anyone writing good stuff about this hotel recently, it's probably one of their staff.

I don't even know where to start from

I was there by 4:30am, stood outside and knocked till 5:00am before their really sluggish security man opened the gate.

When I told him I had been knocking , he only responded with anger and told me to either come in or leave

I get to the reception, their POS machine won't accept my card, they won't take a transfer that it's against their policy, they made me had to go and look for an ATM Machine by 5am cos they wouldn't let me in without making FULL PAYMENT, even though I offered to pay half with cash.

The receptionist... my God, she's so rude, I even told her I would write a negative review and she told me to go ahead.

Now I'm in my room, the AC doesnt really cool, there's a standing fan ,without a knob so u cant even reduce or increase it.

At the Bathroom, regardless that I'm on the top floor the toilet doesnt flush, the wash basin leaks when you turn it open, there's no water heater anywhere in sight.

As for light, it was turned off for a couple of hours.

But that's not even the worst thing.

I ordered food from outside and when it was delivered to me, I wasn't allowed to take my food to my room, I had to craze small before they eventually allowed it.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been to for a ridiculously high price it had zero value to offer.

Save yourself the stress, Don't go here, Please don't

If there was any thing less than 1 star I would have givven them that.

A neat hotel with a very good interior. The exterior is not shiny.

The hotel is along a major road. There is no enough parking space for many cars. The compound Only takes maximum of 6 cars; this is the major issue with the hotel. There is no conference room here too.

But the rooms are are highly well kept, the light doesn't go off for long and the AC worked well. The workers are also very professional and well mannered.

Hotel was okay but the day I arrived, maybe the staff were overwhelmed but it was chaotic. AC in my room wasn't functioning properly and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, it was horrible.

I love this hotel but you'll hardly know its a hotel.
Looking like an office building ????????

I did a stopover here during my 12 hour stay in Owerri, Imo state. The receptionists though tired looking, managed to attend to me. They showed me an awful looking room, before they showed me a nice one. They have got nice rooms, do not let them put you in the human cages they call rooms. Request to see other rooms or lodge somewhere else.
