No doubt about it, this is an 'old-school', in terms of building and facilities. Built in the 1970's and moderately maintained since then, the greatest attraction to this hotel is its location in the heart of Owerri, the Imo State Capital. You will be able to look inside the Ekeonunwa Market, Douglas road, Mbaise road and other surrounding views from the balcony of this two-storey building. Alcohol is not sold in this hotel. You will need to step out of the hotel to grab one, or arrange with the hotel staff to sneak some inside.

Used to be a popular hotel in Owerri in the early 2000s. They had satellite TV and showed sports game. There used to be an Internet cafe here too.
Parking space is minimal

Average accomodation and services; this facility is pocket-friendly, easy to locate but has limited car spaces.

Old Hotel along mbise Road in owerri. Rooms go for 4k and 6100.
