They seem organized.
I placed a call through to them some weeks ago to confirm if a particular travel agency is registered with them, the call was answered as promptly as possible and I was attended to.

There is a catch however, the company’s website itself doesn't seem to be safe and authentic.

This is the only constitutionally recognised association that brings travel agents together. If your agent is not nanta certified you're not safe.
