So I went to Bistro 53 again and was really wowed by what I saw. The space have changed drastically from last time with very exclusive lounge.

You can now have a proper get away from the whole hustle and bustle of the outside area in a chilled and conducive environment.
The menu is more robust and waiters properly trained to give people the attention they need.

I had some very lovely time with friends and the Asun(goat meat) was well made. There is off street parking and proper Instagram worthy moment area inside. Will recommend this for friend hangouts, pre club parting and cool chill time with friends.

Attendants are very alert u0026 promptly come over to take your order at your seat; 'quite a cosy spot on serene Isaac John Street;, Igbobi: football TV, drinks, space with 2 v i.p. lounges.

Good, homely joint. Nice staff. Though limited in terms of drink offerings - no brandy or Hennessey for now, but is a great place to catch a meal and a drink while chatting with friends. Try it.

Terrible egusi.... Semo was watered so much for profit. The ambience was cool though except they had low seats so u might have to bend or stay outside with the smokers.

Never coming here again though.

Located on a very quiet street, Bistro 53 is a quality place to spend alone or with friends and family. With drinks ranging from just water to alcoholic, it's for every age. I ate eba and egusi there once, really good. They are clean too. With a standby TV, we were watching the premier league, it really felt like home
