The food is really nice. They have great menu for pancakes. The place is quiet though and good for persons that just want to relax. The environment is not particularly all that but it isn’t bad either. The service is also great ????. Not too many locations for pictures. It was difficult figuring out the place at first. Great for casual breakfast/brunch.

A simple breakfast place that serves majorly pancakes. Might be a bit difficult to locate as there isn’t a prominent sign outside its address. The pancake place itself is located at the back of the compound, and it’s an outdoors setup. Customer service is good and responsive. You can order and request for delivery as well.

The menu covers different quantities of pancakes, and preferences. The food arrived really fast, the pancakes were fluffy and hot. Although, the eggs were rather bland, chicken was obviously frozen and not particularly well done or with enough pepper sauce. The sausages were not grilled.

Probably because it is an outdoors setup, there were flies that kept flying around. Got a bit annoying trying to get them off the food. Major perk of this place is the cheap pricing.

It was a very nice experience.
The environment was serene, the food was great and there are nice places to take pictures.
Also it's not overly crowded so if you need a place with some quiet plus a good meal; it's the best place to be at.

So this place gives that homely vibe. I must confess the environment isn’t what I imagined, I kept asking if I’m at the right spot lol. Once you get over that the experience is actually very remarkable. The people too are friendly

I will be back again. A small place so you are sure that it won't be crowded, and it has an outdoor setting, you get to eat your sumptuous pancakes and you can look at the trees around you, the foot paths around the place , generally there is a cool ambience here.

Locating the place shouldn't be so difficult, though there is no sign outside, the gate is painted in white and blue, 17a, Jibowu street, watch out for lots of palm trees on that street, your destination is just opposite the bunch of palm trees.

Been craving well made pancakes for days and I am glad I found the Pancakes hubs, you should visit too.

Very reasonable prices too.

The pancakes are awesome and fluffy. The environment is calm and really neat. Nice bit of nature. Excellent customer service. I'll recommend for one of the best breakfast experience in Lagos.

I woke up craving pancakes and remembered that I had heard of a place called Pancake Hub in Yaba, so I set out to find it.

I must say that it's easy to miss as there are no signboards and the building is hidden behind a much taller building.

It's an outdoor setting kinda restaurant and has tables that can sit a total of 14 -16 people.

The man who attended to me was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a menu, showed me where to sit and when I had decided what I wanted to get, helped place the order and brought my meal to me once it was ready.

I ordered the Full Combo Meal and it had 4 pancakes, 2 meatballs, 1 sausage (cut into 2 halves), 1 spicy turkey wing, scrambled eggs, syrup and a bottle of lemonade (you have the option of getting either hot chocolate or lemonade but I went with the latter as I'm not a cocoa person). The full meal cost me N3,400.00 (The full combo meal is N3,300.00 but I ordered a bottle of water which cost N100)

The environment was very serene and I devoured my meal while enjoying the cool breeze and reading of the escapades of Arsene Lupin.

All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I'd recommend it to anyone around Yaba who like me, suddenly gets a craving for pancakes and eggs ????.
