Beautiful red coloured and strategically located plaza named after the street itself in close proximity to Yabatech Junction. It has a good business shops already on let. Fewer parking space available for shop owners and customers patronizing the businesses within. A phone shop also utilizes the little amount of space available for parking there.

It's quite a shopping mall that still has a lot of things to put in place if at all, it tends to meet up with the market demand. Love the Outlook, the design and the small parking space which seems to be manageable.

Nice location for everything one could need, it has a shawarma spot, a lounge, charging point for your phones and laptops, printing and photocopying of documents at NGN 5 per copy; arguably the best offer you can get in Nigeria. There is a pharmacy at this same place, a game center with the latest game, think Fifa or PES, you will get the 2019 version here. To top it off, it is opposite Yabatech and just 5minutes drive to UNILAG

It's okay but the direction is poor still. The signboard just tells you what shops it has but never says what floor nor shows where the main door or entrance is; which is by the side

Favourite shawarma spot in Yaba. Jovial staff too. Very close to the main gate of Yaba college of Technology
