omo where will I even start, I was there 4 months ago my experience was terrible, stayed up to 10days it was my bad experience I don't really have issues with the environment it wasn't bad but one of their potter she's incharge of the kitchen and bar like that, at first I wanted to buy hennessy from there place but they don't have, then I bought from outside, begged this gale to please give me a glass cup she refused that she's using the glass cup to serve her customers, another day I bought fish ???? ask her of spoon ???? she said the same thing, I can't even express what I passed through from there. it was just terrible

This place was just horrible. When we first got in the room we had turned around to close the door just to figure out the door had barely locked with the part of the door that locks was hanging out and falling off. We got there around 8 and they were blasting music and having a so called “pool party” that didn’t stop till 12am. When we laid in the bed the sheets were brown and we asked to them to be replaced and the pillows and sheets had a smell to them i can’t even describe. When we asked for the wifi password the person kept saying “ i don’t know the person has to come back and i’ll send them to ur room” We waited for about 20 mins and went down again and the person still said “ the person is not here yet i’ll send them to your room”… no one ever came. Then whilst we slept we kept hearing rattling and noises in the room… pretty sure it was rats or mice. Waking up in the morning, the water did not turn on so we could not brush our teeth and soon after the power went off and didn’t come on before we left around 10am. Terrible customer service and facility in general! It seemed their favorite phrase is "we don't have it."

The facility is dated, network connection in the rooms is nonexistent, and no real effort to satisfy customers.

We found rats in the room and at some point the water stopped running so we had to be given water in buckets to get a bath.

The guests were loud. We had to use the same towel for two people for two nights, and the bathroom was leaking.

There's not enough words to describe how much of a disappointment this stay was...Overall terrible experience!

The rooms are nice but the customer service is VERY TERRIBLE (especially the receptionist) excluding the security(they do their job)

Nothing overly special about this hotel. Had a good stay even though i was rarely on the premises.

There isn't constant light, however the staffs were hospitable
