There are gym instructors and there is JB of JB Ex-trim. The professionalism of him and his team is next to none. They carry you along and make sure you do the work to get your desired result.

JB is focused on helping people achieve goals and makes every session challenging (u0026 somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights u0026 generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

Importantly He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
He is extremely reliable u0026 punctual extremely as his names says – always set up u0026 ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I would recommend Jubril u0026 his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness and most importantly get results.i cant say all you need an experience with him

Haven't been here for 4 years after I moved out of festac but had to go back this week. Jubril is amazing at what he does. They gym needs a face lift and covid covid protocols.

the results i got from this gym is just remarkable it wont be fair if i dont share my body testimony here .I have been batteling with my bod weightloss goal for over 3 years going from gym to gym and trainer to trainer but since i met JB it has been different i dropped over 10 kg in 2 months and i could not believe it myself but in all sincerity this guy and his crew really knows what they are doing,if you are serious about your body goal dont think twice JB EXTRIM is the answer,,,

seriously if the star rating was 10 i will give 11 .this is a good gym and fitness home and its an understatement.i know how long i have battled my weight loss journey and i just decided to give this a last try but JB changed my experience and in less than 3 weeks i started getting compliments from people well i wont say much but me loosing about 10kg in a month i wont believe it if i was told

this gym is the best i have ever been to.i have actually been to many gyms in festac and amuwo and this guy is just unique and quite different from the rest i will recommend over and over again and anytime i come to nigeria again i wont think twice ..
