Nice place but there is still room for major improvements.
The staffs seem really hungry, they keep asking for tips even when I was complaining about not having light u0026 water in my room cause they don’t turn on the generator until 4pm. This particular staff just waved it off and went back to begging for tips “Senior man you no give me something the last time”.
Or the receptionist that called on the landline to tell me she was ending her shift, “I’m closing and about to go, you’ve not given me anything should I come up?”.
I’m sure I won’t stay here again. Management should do something as this defeats the whole aim of hospitality.

Rude and arrogant receiptionst/bar attendant,always after money.D find it difficult to greet,d porters are always asking for something from you,poor services,light nd water,hours to attend to ur needs.i won't even advise anyone to lodge there,cus d will make ur stay unpleasant

It was okay.
Was here for a night.
Air conditioning worked well, after they struggled to use Alternative power supply as there was a power cut.
The Hotel staff was very nice.

The room was very choking, on asking, they said, someone who just checked out was smoking and the smoke filtered into the next room, even though there are 'no smoking' signs on the wall.

The bedding material particularly the Duvet had the smell of 'Male Musk' all over it.
I believe a Hotel should change all bedding the moment a client steps out.
The asbestos or paneling in the bathroom was already coming out and I kept wondering if it would fall off on me while bathing.
Asking for a Glass in room service, the glass wasn't clean. All of these happened in the Luxury suite.

Dionzec Hotels and Suites Limited Festac Town is a newly structured hotel, located in a busy zone of Festac Town. It's well equipped, good air conditions in every corner of the hotel. They have inner and outside bar, DJ plays music there every night. They sell at a moderate price. They have good restaurants and grills well. It's a good place to visit.

It's a good hotel to use in festac. But there's still room for improvement though.
