The ambience isn't family friendly especially with kids in tow. The pool side had characters that made me quite uncomfortable.

The ambience in the hotel is horrible. From the reception, it has a odd and murky smell. There were no mirror in the room. The facilities are dilapidated. The duvet and bed smells like rag and urine. The furnitures are old and ugly. There is no food menu in the room nor an intercom to call for room service, you have to go downstairs to let them know what you want. Everywhere in that hotel smells. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use it.

Horrible and poor service. Environment not spacious enough and not cool. Their food is nothing to write home about
