Emel has had a long history in FESTAC town.
Speaking from what I experience there, I must say they know what they are doing.. and are doing it right.

There are sufficient doctors and nurses at anytime to see patients, the quality of care so far has been of a high standard - they are not in a rush like other FESTAC hospitals to admit or administer IV's and injections.

I'm impressed there exists a hospital that checks vitals, listens to patient presentation and carries out appropriate tests before coming to conclusions.

Under the HMO program, Emel's procedures are very refined, having eliminated as much paper from their operations, they have made it easy for their doctors to pay good attention to detail.

I don't know much personally about their surgery, maternity and admission care but those who have given feedback, have nothing but good words.

The location is easily accessible and parking spaces are plentiful.

I would love to see them open up other branches within FESTAC to ease the sometimes mind boggling human traffic and long wait times.

Emel Hospital,

I want to use this medium to express my total disatisfaction with your service.

I brought my son to the hospital Thursday evening, and we spent 4hrs just seeing the doctor, getting him tested, and lab review.

After that, we came the next day and he was admitted to the semi-private ward which was full of mosquitoes, and my wife could bearly sleep, and on Saturday, there was no water all through the day. The height of your inefficiency is that we have been waiting for more than 4hrs now waiting to sign the bill. How on earth can or take over 4hrs to get just a bill??????

I will suggest that you find a better process of automating the billing and do something urgently about the issue of mosquitoes and insufficient staff.

Terrible. How do i offer to pay for a test result cos i’m off HMO and you refuse, insisting i see your doctor and to see the doctor i have to pay 7k. You should care more about your customers health. This review is directly for the dark slim lady at the reception, Be nice

Anyone can get treatment anywhere. However, the comfort of your patients should also be a priority.

Had three horrible nights of no sleep.

I got a private ward with AC, but they refused to turn on AC, even though structures blocking my window. I was so hot I was getting soaked and apologies were all I could get.

They still went ahead to charge me for the AC.

Bad experience.
