Experience wasn't a good one. I regretted spending the night in this hotel.
Firstly, No enough parking space.
Secondly, WiFi wasn't okay
Thirdly, couldn't sleep all night due to the noise from the club/lounge. It was as if the speaker was in my room. I pitied the pregnant woman who lodged in the next room.
To get my food microwaved, I'll have to pay 500Naira. For me to be served breakfast, I need to pay 500Naira.
Before lodging, I had to pay refundable 5,000Naira for damages... so annoying.
I had to checkout early. Asked for my refund and I was told that I won't receive my money until 12noon even after the receptionist confirmed everything in the room was intact... ????... at a point, I was just laughing. I got downstairs and the security man was telling me that my car was washed. I was like... you gat wait till 12noon before I send u any money... I've been calling the hotel for more than an hour, receptionist said my account details have been sent to the accountant.
I cant/won't recommend this hotel for anyone.
You guys should work on yourselves abeg but firstly SEND ME MY MONEY!

I did not lodge at this hotel, I only visited the lounge/bar, it is a very nice place to vibe. Good life music if that's what u want.

A lovely place to be especially on Sunday nights! Twist also has one of the best shawarma I've had in a while. From the first person you meet at the entrance to the receptionist, waiters, bouncers and even the guys who find you parking space outside, they're all cordial, I've never had to feel unsafe in this. Need I remind you!!!! Their food is ????????????

Why do I get charged extra fee to bring my food to my room? Please upgrade on choice of soap PLEASE, some of us have sensitive skin, antiseptic is a no no.

Very neat hotel with courteous staff always willing to help,though Room service seems to take forever,might be as a result of limited number of staff..
There is room for Improvement,complimentary breakfast was nice but too tiny,Rooms could do with a chair,I stayed in two different categories of rooms but no chair just the bed and finally the management might need to work on the sound proofing,I stayed between Thursday and Sunday and there was an activity from the lounge or club everyday,and could hear the music clearly from the 2nd floor....
Would visit again...
