I don’t know why I held of my review about this place, but trust me to give you a very detailed review. I’ve visited Kulture yard countless times and taken friends there too. I really love going there cos of the ambience and the fact that it’s a family and Christian friendly place.

If you’re Christian and you feel like you’re losing out on nightlife, then Kulture yard at Adeniyi Jones is the place for you. It offers you a variety of food options,good music and much more.

If you love grilled catfish, well seasoned and spicy then they got you covered. They have a grill stand where you can get catfish and croaker fish, grilled chicken and fries.

There’s a snack bar for your, noodle stirfry, shawarma, meat pies, scotch eggs and other pastries. My daughter particularly loved the meat pie and for the first time she finished her meat pie. It was really good.

They also have a bar, they’re not heavy on alcohol so if you’re a heavy drinker this might not be the place for you. You can get sodas, cocktails and mock tails too.

They have a restaurant that offers a la carte, so food is freshly made. I’ve tried their fried rice and it was really good, their Edikaikong and egusi soup is also very nice. That goes for the fish too. It’s prepared fresh when you arrive. Wait time is 40-60mins dependent on how large your order is.

I earlier mentioned it’s family friendly, yes no lies, it has a playground for kids, table tennis for adults and older kids and also a snooker board to keep you entertained. There’s also a live band that plays jazz and cool Christian music.

There’s also a barbing salon, a boutique on the premises and you can have a hair cut or purchase some clothes before leaving. Their staff are efficient but they could do better cos sometimes, they seem overwhelmed.

Overall, I love the African earthy feel of the place, as you can spot carved stools and tree trunk looking stools. You can find biblical inscriptions and inspirational quotes on the walls , rest room and around the premises. They would help lift your spirit as a Christian if you go when you’re probably not in a good frame of mind. It’s therapeutic reading those walls scattered around. It’s a good place to take photos best time would be if you arrive around 4pm before it gets dark. Least I forget, prices are very affordable and their fish is huge and worth more than the price if you compare to some other places in Lagos.

I really love this place and can go on and on about them. They need to work on wait time and also get more staff or train existing ones to cut down wait time for customers.

The ambience is cool with a live band. The shawarma however, could have been so much better.

Such a beautiful place. I love the serenity of the environment, no smoking, no alcohol, tasty food and an excellent customer service. Everything about Kulture yard speaks of Christ and that is awesome for me!

Beautiful place, lovely aesthetics. Great food too. The number on google isn't right though, at least for now. For reservations, email or go through their Instagram to be safe. Don't make payments to individuals please

Kulture yard is such a nice place. It has so many things in one: a restaurant, a bar, a studio, a stage setting, a grill and shawarma spot, all of the shenanigans. The service was pretty cool too.
