The place is fine and conducive, however they are just too slow. The head count of customers were just 3 however I spent over 2 hours to be done. The lady in charge of glasses was out of her work station for over 45 minutes which increased my waiting time. Please work on your staffs diligence to work

The place looks nice and clean. They also have good equipments. However,
1. I paid for an eye examination, but it was a battle for me to get my prescription. They said "we don't give prescription until you come pick-up your glasses".
Meaning if I don't want glasses, I wouldn't get my prescription.

2. I had a delivery guy deliver the glasses to me. One handle was bent. Of course they denied...

Very annoying experience that spoilt my initial good experience of the place.

Customer service is very poor and this affected their After sales service/ Follow Up. After a consultation and frames selected, I was informed that they needed to get authorization from my HMO after which I’d be contacted and properly advised. I waited a whole week and no response from the clinic. When I eventually put a call through to them, the Customer Service person couldn’t even handle the complaint as expected. It’s a NO NO for me! Who waits for 4 days to get an authorization???

They have moved to a bigger and seemingly better facility. Their staff are courteous and very professional and the clinic has state-of-the-art equipment. This is my 3rd time of coming here and they have not disappointed in their service delivery. I will recommend this place to anyone who requires their services 5 out of 5 times ????

you can not get through to them. All lines dont go through. so u have drive all the way for an enquiry. very bad! This is three/four months since i paid for glasses and no number is going through to find out if it can be delivered to me. Nobody has called to find out why the glasses that were paid for has not been picked up

But they have the challenge of car park which makes it impossible for their customers to park safely
