Disorganized appointment booking at their Adeniyi Jones office. Got a text msg for 12.20pm with an option to call a number if time isn't suitable which I did and rescheduled for 10am. On getting there, Doctor came an hour late, after sitting for two hours,only to be told there are six people before me as the schedule the receptionist was working with had 12.20pm against my name. When I came into the room and told her my appointment time was 10am, she didn't inform me of anything or how the time difered from that on her schedule.

I have known and used Lagoon Hospitals for a while but only learnt of this branch recently. I was well attended to by the front desk personnel and the doctor. I was okay with my experience and there wasn't a long wait before seeing the doctor. The environment was clean. The only challenge was parking although it was nicely coordinated the the security personnel. Lagoon, generally, is a very good hospital compared to many even though it has its own bad days.

The Surgeons are great. The issue I had is with the mentality of Nigerian Nurses that after giving medication all other care must be provided by family members.
Imagine coming in to meet your family member has collected medication but is yet to bath and brush because the support staff expect a family member to do it at 9am!
Improvement must be gotten on that part.

Lagoon hospitals is a place of Hospitality were people that is sick is well taken care of without hestation,properly treated with quality drugs and Children born in there is always Fantastic and intizing

no value for customer time and time is money. I walked in for family planning and they told me we have changed it from Monday to Tuesday. no notification nothing. This an hospital I have been using for almost 5years. No courtesy place! No body really cares. If you come and the Consultant is not around it is left to you to decide if to go home or change hospital. If you like change hospital we still have enough clients. That same Naija madness attitude.

No value for customers time and health..I went there yesterday, after waiting for good 3hrs.I met the doctor and complained of my skin reaction, to my surprise I was told to come back by March 2022 to see their dermatologist.I just walked out. They wasted my time and did not attend to my health.SMH! They deserve no star.
