It’s a well known place and strategically position at a corner piece flanking the end of Kodesho Street and beginning of Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way. The building is also well known for housing the Polaris Bank ATM Gallery.

Has an elevator which runs from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.
There are more than 50 corporate offices in the Plaza.
Security runs 24/7
There's also a standby generator and a bank (Polaris Bank) in the Plaza.
Renting of an office space is quite high but affordable as you'll enjoy all services provided.

Fine building. Fine plaza. I love the finishing touches on the plastered cover. Brownish coloured one. Safe place for you to park with its security. It has a good number of outlets of popular businesses and others like Skye Bank, and its ATM. It is just located at the roundabout under the Mobolaji Bank Anthony Bridge.

A nice office building, I happened to visit this place when I wanted to make use of an ATM machine. It has about 6 or 7 ATM cash points. Very neat as well, with nice parking space.
