This was my first visit. I met up with a friend for dinner and I was quite impressed. I was taken in by the lovely plants as I drove into the premises. The staff were very respectful and welcomed us warmly.

Immediately we sat, our waiter placed the menu on the table. There was no starter to choose from, so we ordered the main meal. My friend ordered the chicken and chips and I ordered the chicken stir fry with Vegetables in tomatoes sauce with mashed potatoes. I enjoyed my meal, the chicken was tasty and well spiced, the blend of the carrots, zucchini and peppers was perfect. The potatoes were well done. The combination was perfect and quite filling.
I tasted my friends chips, they were nicely done, but the chicken fried in batter was hard and too crunchy, maybe there should be a sauce for those who like their chicken moist.

For dessert, we ordered and shared apple crumble with ice cream. The apple crumble was perfection, it was moist and well done. A bit pricey though, but it was really nice.

Orchid Bistro is a bit pricey, but I will go back again.....it just might take a while ????

It was recommended by a family member and my experience during the first visit was good. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the food was good and I was really looking to come back again to the restaurant. Unfortunately my second visit was a bit off putting with their staff attitude, but the food was still good.

This place is not so bad. They’re quite pricey though and water here is sold per glass, not bottle. They charge service fee outside of the meal charges. This sandwich was nice. The plants in the outdoor section can get disturbing though. I’ll advise that serviettes and toothpicks are brought with meals.

Quick dash to Orchid Bistro on the mainland for breakfast was what I needed this week. I like the fact that it was a hidden jewel on Isaac John with very decent feel and alot of plants.

I like the English breakfast with toast. For drinks, I opted for my regular Whiskey sour and I must say I really loved it. The drink was well made and was also properly garnished with the perfect straw to sip.

Their convenience is quite clean and enough towels available to use.

Only negative was the service charge was way high and I feel they could have embedded this in the cost of items. In fairness, they have it in small prints but I still am feel this is a bit on the high side.

Perfect place to have a date or hangout with your crazy friends.

The orchid bistro is a very nice place, I love the ambience. The out door nature vibe has a garden setting and the inside had a minimalist calm settings. The foods were tasty and the customer service was on point also.

I had a very nice time with my family here. The food was really great. Waffles was awesome as well . The highlight was the ambience with the plants effect. Would definitely come back to get one or two. The Staff were also very courteous.

If you are a plant lover, you would love this place. I personally loved the fresh air outside and service was great. I ate Pesto pasta and I will give it a 6/10, the pineapple smoothie by the way will be a 10????
