Reddington hospital has always been a top -notch hospital in Lagos. Its actually repositioning itself to be a centre for medical excellence in Nigeria. The waiting time has reduced drastically. The appointment system made more effectively. The usual "crowd" has been better managed.
New car pack built for more secured parking.
Keep it up Reddington hospital management.
Kudos for all the new innovations.

Took my baby there 2 weeks ago for a chest xray but they were unable to find any issues with him and told me to go home, now I traveled out of the country because his chest situation got much worse, the doctors told us had we delayed any longer he would've had a collapsed lung which would have made things much worse even causing permanent damage. When I come back I'm going to sue the life out of this hospital, shameless people working in this horrible hospital.

Value for life should not consider insurance patient or self pay patient before your doctors decides on attending to them...

I work hard to earn my medical insurance which is not free.
If I have an health issues in the next 24hrs I hope your cardiologist would remember his words on maintaining appointments and insurance patient.

I know they get a lot of bashing but for me when I used here, they were one word...amazing...
From the front desk, to the nurses, the doctors, the pharmacists.. all great.
I once had a negative experience with a doctor. All I had to do was ask for his name and request he never attends to me again. Easy.
They listen and have a great bedside manner. I recall a time the pharmacist called to check on the side effects of the drug I was on or when the doctor would call to check on how I'm doing. Unfortunately my HMO does not allow us use them anymore but I totally recommend them.

Couldn't make an appointment for the day. The receptionist ask my elderly Mom to just come in anyway since she was feeling unwell. After waiting 2hours the doctor sent a message that he couldn't see her. Attitude worse than a badly funded public hospital. We won't be back. And won't recommend
