It's really a nice place for a getaway weekend or holiday.. I love the place .. the pool side , the gym.. it's really cool and very quiet.. Its like am home all through my stay , the staff are very polite.. I really look forward for another visit..

There's Chilled and there's Triedent Suites.
If somebody had told me somewhere like this place exists in the middle of Ikeja, I might have argued.
The location, the ambience, the staff, the rooms, the swimming pool, the lounge.

Gave me such a nice chilled vibe.
If you're not looking for a noisy place and just want to chill in peace and quiet, want to nurse your drink and have a nice time, then you absolutely would enjoy this place

Very clean and good standard. The rooms are moderately spacious and the gym is well set up. The food is tasty and relatively well priced. I would recommend to anyone who is staying in the Ikeja Industrial axis.

This is a lovely place. A place for training and relaxation with a great restaurant. Located few minutes away from Guinness Ogba area of Ikeja

Not bad a location ,serene enough and with a lovely ambience. The employees are well coordinated and customer friendly. This is a facility I'd live to visit again or even recommend to folks
