Hello. I just got a bread from you now and it is really bad. The bread shop was dark so I could not see the quality of the bread until I got home. I paid money for this so I would really like that this be rectified if it can. Why will you knowingly sell to me really stale bread. This is very bad and sick of the sales attendant to do. The first one you gave me I returned also and the sales attendant even argued that I cannot return it. After you sold me rubbish. Fear God. Something I will put into my body. Common! Do better with training your staff please. I will put up the pictures I took before I thrashed the thing. This is really unfair to be honest.

Big treat is famous for their freshly baked bread. They have one of the best doughnuts in town - depending on when you go there. Had to ask if they sometimes used ransom bakers! Staff nonchalant about customer service - sometimes ATM isn't working, other times, no change. Company doesn't seem to care anymore!

The building definitely could do with a face lift but step inside and they still have the same bread... Nice and freshly baked. Sandwiches and meals you can get on a budget...
